How long does a website project take?
Once the design direction is confirmed, a mock-up is delivered within 1–2 weeks. After approval and access, the full site is typically completed in 4–6 weeks.
Do I need to have all my content ready before we start?
Not necessarily! I’ll guide you through what’s needed and when. Having your logo, images, and basic content early on helps keep things moving smoothly.
What platforms do you build on?
I build exclusively on WordPress using the Divi theme builder. It’s flexible, user-friendly, and perfect for small business websites.
Will my site be mobile-friendly?
Yes — every site is built to look great and function properly on desktops, tablets, and phones.
What if I already have a website?
Great! I offer redesigns and rebuilds — whether you’re looking for a full refresh or a smarter layout, we can work with your current setup or move to my hosting if needed.
What if I don’t want ongoing support?
That’s totally fine. You can host and manage your site yourself, or I offer monthly support plans for updates, edits, and peace of mind.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — I require a 50% deposit to get started, with the remaining balance due before launch. Custom payment arrangements may be available for larger projects.
Can you help with email setup?
Absolutely. I offer a branded email setup through Google Workspace.
Can you build an online store for me?
If you’re selling just a few products and want everything in one place — your website and shop — WooCommerce is a great option. It’s ideal for smaller stores that don’t need all the bells and whistles. I offer WooCommerce as an optional add-on with any site build. (Starting at $650: This add on includes a WooCommerce setup that fits seamlessly into your site. This includes basic product entry, payment and tax setup, and styling to match your site’s design.)
But if you’re running a large catalog, need advanced inventory management, or plan to scale quickly, Shopify may be a better fit. It’s built specifically for ecommerce and offers tools that go beyond what WordPress is designed to handle — though I don’t provide Shopify builds myself.
Can I update my own products later?
Absolutely. If we build your site with WooCommerce, I’ll show you how to add, edit, or remove products on your own — no advanced tech skills required. You’ll also be able to manage inventory, pricing, and product images directly from your dashboard.
Do you offer Shopify design?
Not at this time — my focus is on WordPress and WooCommerce for smaller shops that need a streamlined, custom site experience.
